Irresistible Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
When quarantine initially began and only essential businesses were open, I was definitely looking for more ways to keep myself busy. I used the abundance of time spent at home as an opportunity to cook more with more fresh foods. This was especially important as I decreased my meat intake even more than usual. However, that definitely gets boring at times. I always wanted to make cauliflower wings but didn’t want to do it without an air fryer. I researched endlessly but then stumbled upon a good one on sale at best buy for $60! Talk about a steal! The first thing I made? These wings and they came out perfect!

If they aren’t as crispy as you want them to be or charred. Spray them with olive oil spray and cook for a few more minutes.
I paired these with some baby carrots and ranch just like I would with traditional wings. I hope you love them!
